Mask: I forgot the exact mask, but Weescotslass Mask 161 HERE
will work or any circular mask of your choice.
You make a gradient using Aqua and purple for the paper, or you can
use one of the pretty papers in the kit.

Filters used: Xero- Bad Dream (Optional)
Also used Vibrance found on CS5 by clicking
"Create new fill/adjustment layer" and scrolling up to Vibrance.
Arrange all of the supplies the way shown or to your liking.
